The XSs are printed on gray Bella Canvas unisex cotton shirts and the colors are more muted. All other sizes are on black Gildan cotton shirts with more intense colors.
The fit is more generous than some other unisex shirts I’ve found: for reference, I am wearing a unisex small here and my usual size in women’s clothes is a medium (or a size 8).
